Any repair — on appliances, electrical, hydraulic, gas or vehicle systems, machinery or any other equipment — must be carried out exclusively by a licensed and certified technician. Never attempt technical interventions independently.

• Reefix provides an "Automated Technical Consultation": the user submits a description of fault symptoms and the AI system returns a technical hypothesis based on statistical probability and repair databases.
• The service consists in the provision of technical-diagnostic information. It does not constitute a repair contract, a technical intervention, or licensed professional advice under applicable law.
• The price indicated refers exclusively to access to the digital information service (number of AI queries available). It does not include any physical work on the equipment.

• Reefix is a digital service provided on an intangible medium (online service) with immediate execution. Service delivery begins at the moment the user confirms payment.
• Pursuant to Art. 59(1)(o) of Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the 14-day right of withdrawal applicable to distance contracts does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, where performance has begun with the consumer's express agreement and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal would thereby be lost.
• By confirming payment and accepting these Terms, the user expressly consents to the immediate commencement of service execution and acknowledges losing the right of withdrawal at the moment the first AI query is credited.
• No refund is available once queries have been credited to the user's wallet.

• Reefix is designed as an informational tool for anyone who wants to understand possible faults in their equipment, with the goal of communicating more effectively with a specialist technician.
• The user declares awareness that any intervention on electrical, electronic, hydraulic, gas or mechanical equipment carries concrete risks to physical safety and must be entrusted exclusively to a licensed and certified technician.
• The user declares they possess the necessary skills to safely work on electronic equipment, or that they will rely exclusively on a qualified technician. If you are not a technician, do not attempt any independent repairs: use Reefix information only to describe the problem to a professional.
• The user assumes full and complete responsibility for any use made of the information received, including the decision to independently carry out a technical intervention.

• The Reefix system uses generative AI models to formulate hypotheses about equipment faults. These models are probabilistic by definition: they provide the statistically most likely answer based on the data provided, but they can make mistakes.
• The AI does not physically see, touch or measure your equipment. Its assessments are based solely on the textual or photographic description you provide, which may be incomplete or inaccurate.
• The same symptom can have dozens of different causes. The AI may indicate the wrong cause, underestimate the complexity of the fault or fail to detect multiple interdependent problems.
• Reefix's advice NEVER replaces the diagnosis of a qualified technician equipped with professional instruments (multimeter, oscilloscope, diagnostic scanner, pressure gauge, endoscope, etc.).
• Never act solely on AI advice: use the information as a starting point for a conversation with a licensed professional.

• Any type of repair carries real risks to personal safety. Risks vary by equipment type and may include: lethal electric shock, explosions, fire, gas leaks, burns, crushing injuries, road accidents.
• Electrical and electronic equipment can contain lethal voltages even when apparently off or unplugged. Gas, hydraulic and thermal systems operate at pressures and temperatures that can cause serious injury. Vehicles with faulty safety components (brakes, steering) endanger the driver and other road users.
• For this reason, Reefix provides information to understand faults — not instructions to carry them out independently. Any intervention must be entrusted to a professional in the relevant field.

• Reefix does not guarantee that the AI's fault hypotheses are correct, complete or adequate to resolve your equipment issue.
• The service is provided "as-is", without express or implied warranties of any kind, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or freedom from errors.
• Opening or tampering with equipment may void the manufacturer's warranty and could render the device unusable or dangerous.

• The Reefix service is intended purely for informational purposes. It does not constitute a technical assistance contract, licensed professional advice, or instruction to carry out technical work.
• Chia Luca (VAT IT01433480991), service owner, registered at Via Filippo Casoni 4a r, 16155 Genova (GE), disclaims all and any liability for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages to persons, animals, property or third-party assets, arising from the use of information provided by the service or from any interventions carried out by the user or third parties.
• Under Article 1229 of the Italian Civil Code, contractual exclusion of liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence is not possible. For everything else, this limitation applies to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
• By using Reefix, the user declares to have fully understood and accepted the terms of this notice.

• Reefix uses a proprietary system called "ReeFix Intelligence Engine" that processes and interpolates the responses of multiple Artificial Intelligence models in parallel, integrated with specialised semantic search engines. None of these models has physical knowledge of the user's product.
• In the event of conflicting indications between different models or between the AI response and instrumental reality, only the assessment of a qualified technician who has conducted a direct physical inspection of the product shall prevail.
• Payment for the service covers exclusively the computational generation of the logical fault hypothesis, not the certainty of diagnosis or problem resolution. The probabilistic nature of AI is inherent to the service and does not constitute a defect.
• The interpolation of multiple AIs may produce responses that, while appearing authoritative, remain probabilistic. The user acknowledges that an AI diagnosis is not equivalent to a professional technical expert report.

• 🆘 Call your local emergency services for any life-threatening situation.
• ⚡ Electrical incident: move away immediately and call paramedics or the local emergency number.
• 🔥 Fire: evacuate the building immediately and call the local fire department.
• 💧 Gas smell: leave the area, shut off the main gas valve if safe, and call emergencies. Never operate any switches.
• 🚗 Vehicle with technical anomalies: STOP safely, do not drive. Call local roadside assistance.

• Reefix™ is an independent AI diagnostic platform. We are not affiliated, associated, authorized, or officially connected with any third-party brand (such as iFixit or appliance manufacturers) mentioned in the generated results.
• All product names, logos, and brands are property of their respective owners. Use of these names, logos, and brands is for identification and descriptive purposes only.
• In order to support the maintenance of free AI servers, Reefix participates in the Amazon Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means to earn advertising fees by linking to Amazon, at no additional cost to the user.

• Reefix supports and promotes the European "Right to Repair" directive by providing users with the necessary diagnostic information to avoid dependency on official assistance monopolies.
• However, this right guarantees access to parts and knowledge; it DOES NOT in any way legitimize physical interventions or disassembly by unqualified personnel (DIY).
• The user explicitly accepts that the purpose of ReeFix is to ensure "Diagnostic Transparency" and intellectual independence. If you decide to materially exercise your Right to Repair, you are required to entrust the operation to independent technicians or qualified repairers in your area, fully ensuring your personal safety and system compliance.

• Reefix offers Free, Standard, and Premium plans with monthly usage limits shown on the Pricing page. The service reserves the right to modify these limits.
• It is strictly prohibited to attempt to circumvent usage limits, create multiple accounts to obtain additional free queries, use the service for illegal purposes, or resell access to third parties.
• Verified violation of these rules will result in immediate account suspension or deactivation, without any right to refunds.

• All data is securely transmitted via HTTPS/TLS encryption. Passwords are protected via advanced algorithms (Firebase Auth Hash).
• Uploaded or captured images are processed exclusively within your browser. Before transmission, each photo is "redrawn" on a clean HTML canvas: this automatically and permanently removes all hidden metadata (EXIF, GPS coordinates, ICC data).
• Image formats are validated by inspecting the actual "magic bytes" of the file, not just the text extension. Only safe visual formats are allowed (JPEG, PNG, WebP, HEIC).
• Images are not retained on Reefix servers after the logical hypothesis processing is complete.

• All content, the Reefix™ brand, source code, databases, and interface design are the exclusive property of Reefix. Copying, reproduction, data extraction (scraping), or distribution without explicit written authorization is strictly prohibited.
• These Terms of Service and Disclaimer are governed in their entirety by Italian law. For any legal dispute or interpretation, the competent court is exclusively the Court of Genoa (Italy).

• ReeFix collaborates with professionals and partner companies exclusively for promotional and commercial purposes. There is no relationship of subordination, dependency, agency, or representation between ReeFix and the professionals mentioned on the platform.
• ReeFix is not a party in any way to the contracts stipulated between the end user and the repair technicians. The platform merely signals the presence of professionals in the sector without intervening in the negotiation, execution or guarantees of the service.
• The platform owner declines any civil or criminal liability regarding the quality, outcome, safety, or any direct or indirect damages arising from services provided by third parties.
• The user is responsible for independently verifying the credentials, qualifications and references of any technician or company before entering into a repair contract.
