Nuki Smart Lock 3.0: "Motor Stuck" Error
45% of "Motor Stuck" cases are due to a stiff door lock or misalignment. Check immediately (30 sec): without Nuki, manually rotate the lock; it must be smooth. Check alignment. If stiff (External Mechanical Obstruction), lubricate/repair the lock.
If the lock is smooth, 15% is insufficient batteries: replace the AAs with new Lithium AA Batteries. The Nuki motor requires high current. Listen: silence or a weak hum indicates a power or motor problem.
Decision: If the external lock is stiff, repair it. If batteries don't solve the issue and you don't disassemble, contact a technician. If gears/motor are damaged, consider replacement (costly repair).
